Tiffani Wharry
Executive Director
Tiffani started as the Executive Director of the CRC in May 2026, following eight years as an Executive Director in the Non-Profit Housing Crisis Sector. She is married with three boys and lives a rather busy boy mom life. Graduated from Ferris State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Public Relations. In 2017 she received her Master of Education degree in Postsecondary Administration from FSU and studied abroad at Trinity College Dublin, focusing on Postsecondary Education and Cultural Relations in Dublin, Ireland.
She is a baseball fanatic and loves two teams: the New York Yankees and whoever is beating the Boston Red Sox. She enjoys playing roller derby, baking, boating, being a foodie, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. Tiffani is excited to work with all the volunteers at the CRC, learn new information, and help her community.
Alyssa Thames
Case Manager / Mediator
Alyssa joined our team in 2021. She is a current Psychology student. She enjoys reading and documentaries. Alyssa is also a State certified General Civil and Domestic Relations Mediator in Michigan!
Tami Crawford
Program Manager / Mediator
Tami joined the CRC team in May of 2024. She manages all aspects of the various mediation programs offered by the CRC. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping and Special Education coordination. Tami joins our team with more than 35 years in Non-profit experience in various capacities.
Brendan Docherty
Case Manager / Civil Mediator
Brendan joined our team in 2025. He is a current student at the University of Michigan - Flint, studying Law with a Major in history, and is the President of his Fraternity. He values Physical Fitness and an ability to think critically. In his free time he enjoys working out, golfing, and reading historical books.
