The greater part of Dayna Harper’s career has been in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution with more than twelve years’ experience as an Executive Director of non-profit mediation centers. Dr. Harper has more than 22 years of experience as a facilitative mediator and is an approved General Civil and Domestic Relations Mediator in the State of Michigan.

 

Dr. Harper holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership (Ed.D) from Argosy University and a Masters of Science Administration, Specializing in Human Resources (MSA) from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Science from Oakland University (BS).
